This policy explains what data Prefactor Technology & Research Corporation (Prefactor.AI) accesses through the YouTube API Services, how we use and store it, and how you can revoke access.

Our internal tooling uses the YouTube API Services to manage the instructional videos on our own YouTube channel.
By using this website and the related tooling you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. For how Google handles data, please see the Google Privacy Policy.
We authorise only as the owner of our own channel. Access is limited to the following data on our own channel:
We do not access personal data belonging to viewers or any other user, and we do not access data from any other channel. This website does not ask visitors to sign in with a Google or YouTube account.
The data is used for one purpose only: maintaining the instructional videos on our own channel — batch updating titles and descriptions, uploading multilingual subtitles, and organising playlists.
We do not use it for advertising, for analysing user behaviour, or for any other purpose.
Data retrieved through the API is held only on our internal working computers, for the duration of that update task. It is not retained afterwards, and the access token expires or is deleted at the same time.
We do not build any database of viewer data, and we do not back up YouTube data to public or third-party platforms.
We do not sell, rent or otherwise provide any data obtained through the YouTube API Services to third parties, and we do not use it to train any external model.
We disclose data only where required by law or upon a lawful request from a competent authority.
You may remove our application's access at any time at Google Security Settings — Third-party apps with account access. Once revoked, we can no longer access any data through the API.
Any revision will be published on this page, and the last-updated date above will be changed accordingly.
